Pergolas and Gazebos
1. Structure must be securely and properly anchored to the ground.
2. Must not be fully or partially enclosed with walls, screens, plastic, glass, or any other material that coverts it into an enclosed building.
3. It is intended solely as an outdoor shelter for enjoyment and protection from the weather. It may not be used as a storage facility for personal property, equipment, or household items.
4. By constructing the homeowner acknowledges and agrees to comply with these requirements. Failure to comply may result in the homeowner being required to modify or remove or modify the structure at their expense.
